Ken & Karen Bates met while both were active duty Navy. They married in May 1998. Since then, their family has grown to include two cats, two dogs, one mortgage business and their biggest blessing yet...Elizabeth Marie Bates. (In loving memory of Carissa Faith Bates b/d 7/11/06.)

The Orange Balloon...
Ken & I think Elizabeth sees the dogs do this quite a bit with their toys. She seemed to enjoy just as much as the dogs do!
Ken & Karen reside in San Diego, California. They are parents, business owners and live far away from all family so they felt this was the best avenue to share their lives!
